I am absolutely loving this new Cleansing Balm in the Anew range! It smells divine and leaves my skin so soft and clean.
This luxuriously gentle cleansing balm is made with a blend of apricot oil, exotic butters and cleansing waxes. Add to that an advanced triple powered cleansing complex called Youth Prep 3 Complex, you've got yourself a mighty good cleanser that leaves your skin feeling youthful and comforted.
Not only does it cleanse and leave your skin super soft, it also removes eye makeup. Suitable for all skin types and dermatologically tested.
Massage a small amount between your fingertips until the formula melts into a silky oil. Apply to the face, neck and eye area in circular motions.
Add water to your face and watch it transform into a creamy lotion. Gently remove with a damp wash cloth and marvel at your deeply cleansed and soft skin.

I tried this for the first time last night and I'm amazed by the results. My skin feels younger, smoother and in such good condition. I'll definitely be buying more and encouraging my customers to try it.

Ive not tried this one, but have used other cleansing oils and balms. The product is not meant to foam up. It should transform into a creamy oil. Balms or oils are often used as the first stage in a double cleanse, followed by a foaming wash. It should remove mascara, though personally i dont like oil aroud my eyes.

Hi @debstaz, as @croydongal said, it's not meant to foam up. It stays more as a lotion once water is added. I normally do a double cleanse. I either use the gel cleanser then the balm, or my favourite, the exfoliating cleanser then the balm. I use the balm afterwards, as it leaves the lovely oils on my skin. You could always try the micellar water to remove your mascara. I love that as it is so gentle yet effective.
