WARNING - I will not be promoting the Clearskin White Clay Toning Treatment

Please be advised that this is an awful product!

my customer used it just once and instantly had an allergic reaction to the acid in this! It seems that it is a great cleaner for dirty pennies but to use on your face will burn instantly, heating your skin to feel like you have burnt it.

i have reported this to Avon as it is unacceptable.

If you've reported it to avon and filled in the form there isn't much more you can do, everyone's skin is different

Hi @lelleyedwards

Sorry to hear your customer had a reaction to this product. It's a real shame as it's a fab product!

I would recommend you contact the Sales Service Centre for a full refund.

Thanks,

I think that's the best way, although it makes me think twice trying to sell products from a company that really does not care about their customers.

My customer has taken it further by placing all over social media, and contacting their local papers about it.

[ Edited ]

i feel that going to the newspaper and putting it all over social media is ever so slightly unessecary, everyones skin reacts differently and some skin is more sensitive to certain ingrediants in products. What good is going to the papers going to do?

Avon have their money back guarantee for when things like allergic reactions happen.

A customer of mine had an allergic reaction to the anew 40+ day and night creams, so simply stopped using and gave back to me to return to avon.

Re: WARNING - I will not be promoting the Clearskin White Clay Toning Treatment

I also had an allergic reaction to it !

I thought it was just me!

It should be taken out of the brochures now!

An advert should be put on the telly telling people not to use it!

And a product recall now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will be returning mine!

I should be offered more than a refund, i've not been able to wear any make-up, all i've used is sudocrem, for four weeks now.

My eyes are still sore and flacky skin.

Its just not on!
