Just an additional thought - one of my customers asked me if the watch she was considering buying came with a battery as it did not specify this in the text.
One for the editorial team - such info is required.

@val4578 All the Avon watches come with a battery and are easy to get replaced at Timpsons, jewellers, etc. when they eventually give up the ghost.

Thanks @mary4avon, i was able to reassure my customer on the batteries being included.
My point was that it did not say so in the text, which one would think would be essential. Fortunately I see this customer to chat to. Other customers I never see at all as some of my existing customers share brochures with friends, family and workmates who I do not meet. The info should all be in the brochure, especially now that Avon are moving so firmly toward online sales.

I've already done the survey but have to add that this morning my husband realised his Accurist Joseph watch isn't keeping time (by a few hours). He's had it for about 6 weeks. I had to return an Orla Keily watch last year for this same reason.
