National Smile Month :)

[ Edited ]

Starting on 14th May until 14th June it's National Smile Month Smiley Happy

It's really to promote good oral health - there's more info here.

The key points that are being promoted are:-

  • Brush your teeth last thing at night and on at least one other occasion with a fluoride toothpaste.
  • Cut down on how often you have sugary foods and drinks.
  • Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend.

I'm smiling -  I went to the dentist only  yesterday for a regular check up!

A smile cheers you up, it cheers up the person that you are smiling at, and maybe they will smile at the next person that they meet, and so create a smile chain.

Smile,  and pass it on ..........

someone might really need that smile from you today Smiley Happy

How many people have you smiled at today?

So very true @marynikolova, I remember the saying that "the smile that you give out comes back to you."
