Hi Beauty Connects!
This week's product is the first I've received from the Wellbeing collection. The collection includes everything from cosy loungewear to floating bath lights. It has been created to increase wellbeing- the state of being comfortable, healthy, and happy. The Revitalising Bamboo Glass Candle candle ticks all of the boxes!
With the awful, grey weather we've been experiencing recently (is it really August!?), I decided to take this candle home with me yesterday. I burned it for around 4 hours to give my mood a little lift, there's nothing more comforting than the flicker of a candle, don't you agree?
The scent is delicate with notes of green bamboo, cool cucumber and white freesia, very spa-esque! To intensify the fragrance you could team the candle with the Revitalising Bamboo Reed Diffuser and ceramic burner, also available in Brochure 15 or online from 7th September.
The scadi- inspired candle wouldn't look out of place in most homes. The white glass jar and wooden lid would lead you to believe that the candle cost a lot more than £10 (£7 in Brochure 15)!
Would you like to win your own Revitalising Bamboo Glass Candle? I'm giving 5 away! All you need to do is leave your Wellbeing tips below or on the new 'Wellbeing' board. Whether you have a favourite comfort food recipe or a song that can cheer you up on even the darkest days- we want to know!

You can't beat relaxing with family and friends to raise the spirits. Failing that, I put Dancing Queen by ABBA on - it never fails to put a smile on my face 💃 Xx

I love this candle Leigh! @leighmavon.
I'm trying to live a more hyggelig lifestyle. So here are my little tips:
1. Avoid harsh fluorescent lights and try to use more soft lights such as candles or string lights.
2. Always have soft blankets etc. on hand. Cozy!
3. Bring nature indoors by adding natural elements to your decor. My children and I just collected some lovely seashells to put in a glass vase.
4. Get a wooden tray! Sit with your cup of coffee and some flowers on a wooden tray while you enjoy the soft candlelight.

I'm looking forward to buying the revitalising bamboo glass candle, I love Avon's lavender room spray on my bath towels, fill nice bath, pour in lavender bath wash and put your towels on hot radiator and spray with Avon lavender room spray, so relaxing and the bamboo candle addition will be pure tranquility

Try the Headspace app for guided mindfulness meditation, it can really help centre and ground you when you're spinning out of control!

My wellbeing tip for destressing is to kick your feet back and become engrossed in a book with a cup of tea. Alone time is easily found in a good read.

My main wellbeing tip is to meditate! First of all I thought it was a load of nonsence, but I downloaded a meditation app on my phone and regularly, when I am stressed, worried, upset or simply can't sleep, I listen to one of the recording specifically designed for my 'mood' and it has really helped me to relax, get a better nights sleep and be a calmer, happier person!
